INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – For the
10th consecutive season, SWOSU Men's Golf has qualified for the NCAA Tournament after coming in at No. 6 in the final region rankings on Friday.
The NCAA announced the field of 80 teams and 32 student-athletes competing as individuals that were selected to participate in the 2023 NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championships.

Tournaments will be conducted at four regional sites with regional pairings as follows:
- Atlantic and East
- Central and Midwest
- South and Southeast
- South Central and West
The Central Region is joined by the Midwest Region to make up a Super Regional, which will be held on Thursday, May 11 – Saturday, May 13 at Bridges Golf Club in Winona, Minnesota. At a minimum, the top three teams and the top two student-athletes not with a team from each regional will advance to the finals May 22-26 at Avalon Lakes in Warren, Ohio.
The Bulldogs will be participating in their 10th consecutive NCAA Division II Central/Midwest Regional, having qualified in every season since 2013, a date which coincides with the arrival of head coach
Brad Fleetwood. The Bulldogs have had five top-10 finishes in the regional tournament and they have advanced to the National Championships in 2013 and 2015.
SWOSU finished tied for fifth at the GAC Championships last week and now has six top-5 placing this season including a tie for first place at the Tulsa Cup this fall. They'll be led by two-time All-GAC selection
Anders Strand and another pair of All-Conference team members
Conner Boydston and
Lukas Hendricks.
