GUYMON, Okla. – The final event on the Central Plains Region Circuit took place over the weekend in Guymon, and although the SWOSU Rodeo teams had a difficult time in the short round, they qualified three individuals for the 2019 College National Finals Rodeo.
Among the individuals from SWOSU who will head to Casper, Wyo., on June 9-15 to represent the Bulldogs is Regional Champion
Nathan Hatchel, who finished the regular season as the top-ranked Bull Rider in all of College Rodeo.
Shelby Lankford advanced to the CNFR in Breakaway Roping by finishing third in the Central Plains Region while
Sloan Smith heads to Casper in Team Roping as the Regional Director.
