Setting the Scene
- The No. 20/14 Lady Bulldogs will look to rebound from their first loss of the season when they host Oklahoma Christian on Friday night (Dec. 15) inside the Pioneer Cellular Event Center
- SWOSU fell to No. 4 Lubbock Christian 95-65 last Thursday, suffering their first loss of the 2017-18 campaign and snapping their eight-game winning streak
- The loss was their third game against a Top 25 opponent this season, moving their record against ranked foes to 2-1
- The Lady Dawgs are now set to take on Oklahoma Christian in what will be the final game before Christmas Break before SWOSU takes nearly three weeks from competition
- SWOSU lost to OC 94-77 a year ago in Edmond and will look to avenge that loss on Friday night
The Opponent
Oklahoma Christian (2-8)
- The Lady Eagles are off to a slow start through the first 10 games of the season, collecting just two wins over Texas A&M-Kingsville and Southern Nazarene while suffering eight losses
- OC has just one scorer in double figures in Addy Clift, but she has dealt damage to opposing teams averaging 21.8 points per game which included a 42-point performance against Emporia State

- Set the state record for Oklahoma four-year college wins in women's basketball during the 2011-12 season
- Two-time NAIA District Coach of the Year and four-time SAC Coach of the Year

- SWOSU sits alone at the top of the GAC standings, sporting an undefeated 4-0 league mark followed by three teams with one blemish in conference games including Southeastern with an game played sitting at 4-1 and Arkansas Tech whose only loss this season came at the hands of SWOSU

- Despite suffering a loss to No. 4 Lubbock Christian, the Lady Bulldogs remained ranked in both national rankings this week and only dropped one spot between the two polls
- SWOSU finds themselves ranked one spot lower this week at No. 20 in the WBCA Poll (No. 19 last week) and remained No. 14 in the D2SIDA

- Tucker ranks 21st in all of NCAA Division II and first in the GAC by averaging 21.7 points and holds conference ranks of first in blocks (22 total), seventh in rebounding (7.4 rpg), and 10th in steals (17 total)
- Priddy holds conference ranks of fourth in both assists (3.8 apg) and free throw percentage (36-of-40 overall, 90%), sixth in assist:turnover ratio (34 assists, 26 turnovers, 1.3 ratio), and eighth in scoring (14.3 ppg)
