PITTSBURG, Kan. – SWOSU Track & Field concluded the 2025 regular season with the Pitt State Tune Up last Thursday, after weekend weather forced the meet to move up.
 
11 Bulldogs in total competed in the final tune up leading into the conference meet. Three collected personal records including Jaci Shelton whose 12th place finish represented SWOSU's highest of the loaded event. Samantha Kuzma, who also PRd, jumped a 1.52m in high jump – a mark that would have landed her on an all-conference team at last year's championship.  
 
The team will now shift focus to the GAC Championships set to be held April 30-May 2 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Two throwers, including returner Torri Tottress, earned All-GAC honors at last year's meet.
