The honor caps off Mott's final awards season. She concludes her stellar senior year by earning the 'SWOSU's first' label on many accolades including GAC Player of the Year, three-time First Team All-GAC selection, AVCA National Player of the Week, AVCA All-Region selection, and AVCA All-American.
She will also go down as a First Team Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Region selection – SWOSU's fifth all-time – and as the 2024 GAC leader in both kills per set and points per set.
Mott had 20 or more kills six times this year, hit .400 or better eight times, and finished with double-digit kills and digs in 18 contests highlighted by a 24-kill, 25-dig performance against Southeastern on October 3. Her 449 kills this season finishes tied for second in SWOSU single season history and she ends her five-year career with 1,560 kills, second in program history, and 1,437 digs, fourth in program history.
