WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Reece Burke (baseball) and Libby Berger (women’s rodeo) are the newest Bulldogs of the Week. This award is brought to you by Wright Wradio, the official partner of SWOSU Athletics for both livestream and radio.

Burke (Houston, Texas) put up monster hitting numbers over the busy week that SWOSU Baseball just had. Five games in as many days gave Burke ample opportunity to perform well. He batted .500 over these five games, while being the team hit leader with 12. That included a double, a triple, and a home run. Burke also scored six runs and batted in seven runs. His batting average raised from .286 to .331 just over this span.

Berger (Udall, Kan.) was a winner at the Garden City Community College Rodeo over the weekend. She competed in the Barrel Racing event and took home the crown. Berger won first in the average, which included the fastest long round time of 13.89 seconds and a third-place short round time of 14.02 seconds.
