SHAWNEE, Okla. – SWOSU Track & Field concluded its spring season on Saturday by finishing up competition at the Great American Conference Championships, hosted by Oklahoma Baptist in Shawnee.

The Bulldogs finished ninth in the three-day meet.

Highlights from the Dawgs included a pair of top-10 finishes in the 1500m by Maicie Brown and Courtney Williams, who finished eighth and ninth respectively, and eighth place in high jump posted by Samantha Kuzma.
 
Marleigh West also got 12th place finishes in both the shotput and discus.
 
Oklahoma Baptist edged out Harding in team scoring to win the conference title, followed by Southern Arkansas in third place.
 
With the conclusion of the GAC Championships, SWOSU wraps up a seven-meet spring schedule.
