- Taya Haney hit a walkoff home run for SWOSU to win their second game against Northwestern on Tuesday and she leads the team in batting average (.366), hits (37), home runs (6) and RBI (60)
- No player on the SWOSU Softball team has a current hit streak of more than two games, but two players (Haney & Tori Hawk) have reached base in 13 straight contests
- Taylor Eaves has won four of her last five decisions in the circle, including getting both victories in Tuesday's doubleheader
- SWOSU's batting average as a team is on the rise and the Dawgs are now the sixth-best hitting team in the conference with a .270 average and 136 runs scored
