GREENWOOD, Ind. – Five student-athletes from SWOSU Softball have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced.

SWOSU's Academic All-District selections are Jaycee McKee, Taylor McMahon, Josie Oakley, Maddie Rahon, and Sierra Woods. Rahon earns the distinction for the third time in her career, while McKee and McMahon each collect the honor for the second time.

Academic All-District selections are based on a combination of academic and athletic achievement. To be eligible, student-athletes must either compete in at least 90 percent of their team's contests or start at least 66 percent of games played. Nominees must also maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and be at least a sophomore academically. Schools are limited to a maximum of five selections in softball.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Softball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their accomplishments both on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA competition.
