GREENWOOD, Ind. – Six student-athletes from SWOSU Golf have been named College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selections, announced Tuesday by the organization.

Ashlyn Acosta, Drew Dodgion, and Lucia Rivas from the women's team, and Ryan Carlisle, Lukas Hendricks, and Sutton McMillan from the men's team all received All-District recognition. Hendricks and Dodgion have achieved this distinction three times, while McMillan and Acosta are now two-time honorees.

To be eligible for Academic All-District selection, student-athletes must meet specific criteria, including a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA, participation in 70% of the team's scoring events or the conference championship tournament, and be at least a sophomore.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, which includes the sport of golf and is selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes At-Large honorees in five divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and the College Division.
