WEATHERFORD – Six members of SWOSU Football were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, announced Tuesday by the organization.
SWOSU's recipients include:
Foster and Monroe are now three-time winners, while Boydstun, Houk, Mauro, and Roberts earn the recognition for the first time.
Academic All-District selections were based on combined academic and athletic performance/participation among other qualifications. One must also hold a 3.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
The 2024 Academic All-District® Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field or court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
