Full 2023 SWOSU Football Signing Day List

WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Interim SWOSU Football Head Coach Ruzell McCoy and his coaching staff announced Wednesday the addition of 19 student-athletes who have joined the Bulldog Football program on National Signing Day. They join 13 mid-year enrollees in making up the 32-member recruiting class of 2023 that has been officially announced.
 
"Signing Day is always a busy time and we're excited where the program is headed," McCoy said. "We recruited talented players who bought into what we were doing and would trust the process. In doing so, we were able to put together a successful signing class that will be about T.E.A.M. – trust, enthusiasm, accountability, and mindset."
 
McCoy continued. "I also need to give a huge thank you to our coaching staff and all of our athletic support staff who have helped make this day possible. I appreciate everyone's hard work that has got us to this point." 

The Bulldogs will have 19 incoming freshman next fall to pair with 13 transfers who have already joined the team for the 2022 spring semester. Of the 32 student-athletes announced, 16 are on the offensive side, 14 on defense, and two will be specialists for the Dawgs.

SWOSU anticipates additional student-athletes to sign with the football team in the coming days.
