Setting the Scene
- SWOSU Baseball will host William Jewell at the Athletic Complex for a non-conference series this weekend in Weatherford
- The Bulldogs and Cardinals will play a three-game series, with a doubleheader slated for Saturday beginning at noon prior to the series finale at noon on Sunday
- SWOSU opened the season by going 2-1 at the Edmond First Pitch Classic last weekend, defeating Pittsburg State (7-4) and Emporia State (15-5) following a season-opening defeat against Missouri Southern

Sawyer Toole led the Bulldogs in hitting last weekend with a .500 average as Bedard had seven hits – including one double and one triple – in 14 at-bats while Tool was 5-10 at the plate with a home run and five RBI
