"I think the biggest key for us was forcing turnovers. Early in the game we would get stops but didn't force the issue and convert as efficiently as I would like to see," SWOSU Head Coach
Kelsi Musick said. "Every game is important, but we know Saturday is a big one with Henderson State right behind us in the standings and they're always tough to play at their place. We know they'll be ready for us and we have to come ready to play."
After improving to 12-1 (7-0 GAC) on the year, the Lady Bulldogs will now face second-place Henderson State on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 pm in Arkadelphia.
