SWOSU Notes
- The Bulldogs have scored better than 80 points in each of their first three games, a feat they accomplished only one time last season
- While the offense has been scoring at an improved clip, SWOSU's defense has struggled early this season and the Bulldogs are one of two teams in NCAA Division II allowing better than 100 points per game
-
Tre Evans and
Jamar Sandifer combined for 50 points in the Bulldogs defeat at Rogers State on Tuesday evening
- Evans is the leading scorer in the Great American Conference with an average of 24.5 points per game and he leads the Bulldogs with 5.5 assists and 5.5 rebounds per game
- Sandifer is second on the team with 18.0 points and 4.7 rebounds per game while leading the Dawgs with 10 steals in the first three games
-
Luke Lewallen was one point off his career high on Tuesday night, scoring 10 points while pulling down a team-leading five rebounds in 19 minutes of action at Rogers State
-
Jefkins Agyeman-Budu scored 11 points with three rebounds while coming off the bench for the first time this season against RSU
- Lewallen and Agyeman-Budu scored all 21 of SWOSU's bench points in Tuesday's contest, with all other reserves combining to go 0-4 from the field
-
Cheikh Fall was the only other player with more than three points against Rogers State, scoring eight points with four rebounds in 22 minutes of play
-
Chris Braggs, Jr., made his first collegiate start but had his minutes limited due to foul trouble as he finished with three points and three rebounds in 13 minutes
Â
