Chris Gerber is in his first season as a graduate assistant for the SWOSU Men's Basketball team.
Gerber comes to Weatherford following a two-year stint as a volunteer assistant at Bethany College in Kansas where he helped the Swedes to a 19-win season during his first season and he took over as the head junior varsity coach during his second year. Prior to his coaching career, Gerber worked for the Kansas City Royals as an Authentic Merchandise Intern.
A native of Conway Springs, Kansas, Gerber is a 2013 graduate of the University of Kansas with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business. He is now pursuing a master's degree in Sports Management from SWOSU.
