Jake Warehime

Jake Warehime joined the SWOSU Football Coaching staff in January 2019 and he will serve as the Bulldogs Offensive Line Coach.
 
Warehime comes to SWOSU from Trinity Valley Community College, where he coached the Cardinals offensive line during the 2018 season. He helped guide the second-best rushing attack in the conference with 211.9 yards per game and mentored four All-SWJCFC players. Following the season, Warehime sent nine athletes to a four-year school following the year
 
As a player, Warehime started 36 games at center for Emporia State and earned honorable mention All-MIAA honors at the conclusion of his senior season in 2017. While at ESU, he was a member of a team that reached the NCAA Division II playoffs and finished ranked in the AFCA Top 10 in back-to-back seasons.
 
A native of Choctaw, Okla., Warehime was an all-district offensive lineman while playing for his father, Nick Warehime, at Del City High School. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Emporia State in 2017.
