<p>Lancaster has SWOSU roots as her grandfather is hall of fame coach John Goodner who played at SWOSU and went on to coach a number of years at Harding University...First gained SWOSU’s notice through her participation in the Bulldog summer volleyball camps.<br /><br />Played setter and outside hitter at Waco’s Reicher Catholic High School, but coaches expect her to move to defensive specialist at the college level. Was a four-year letter winner in volleyball, track and basketball....Was a four-time, all-district selection and was named as the District 4A-2 offensive Most Valuable Player.<br /><br />Played for the Waco Volleyball club and was part of the team that qualified for the Tour of Texas in both 2010 and 2011/<br /><br /><strong>Personal:</strong> Parents are Kathi and Chris Lancaster…Majoring in English…Favorite athlete is Misty May…Enjoys reading and singing.<br /><br /><strong>Coaches Comments:</strong> “Kaila really stands out with her tremendous ball control.
