NORMAN, Okla. – Ryan Carlisle of SWOSU Men's Golf has been named a 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).
 
Carlisle, SWOSU's 2025-26 Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year, earned GCAA All-America Scholar recognition for the second consecutive season. He graduated with a 3.97 GPA as a Health and Physical Education major while competing in all 10 stroke-play tournaments for the Bulldogs during his senior season. Carlisle finished the year with a 74.0 scoring average.
 
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar recognition, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, compete in at least 50% of their team's competitive rounds, maintain a stroke average below 78.0 in NCAA Division II, and hold a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.20. Nominees must also demonstrate high moral character and remain in good standing at their institution.
 
A total of 209 NCAA Division II student-athletes from 77 institutions earned 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar honors.

Established in 1958, the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) is the professional organization of men's collegiate golf coaches.
