WEATHERFORD – Emerson Sours (track & field) and Greeley Eastep (women's rodeo) have been named the Bulldogs of the Week, presented by Wright Media — the official partner for SWOSU athletic livestreams and radio broadcasts.
Sours (Corinth, Texas) set a new SWOSU program record in the 400m at the Pitt State Tune Up on April 19, clocking a 1:01.88 in the final regular season meet.
Eastep (Bainbridge, Ind.) became the third different SWOSU cowgirl to win an event average this season, claiming first place in Goat Tying at the Panhandle State rodeo in Guymon. Her 7.4-second run in the short round secured both the round win and the overall average.
