WEATHERFORD – Two freshmen, Saoirse Hourigan and Reagan McIntyre, have been selected as this week's Bulldogs of the Week. The weekly honor is presented by Wright Media, the official partner for SWOSU athletic livestreams and radio broadcasts.

Hourigan (Tottenham, England) powered the SWOSU Soccer offense with three goals and an assist across a pair of wins, helping the Bulldogs stay unbeaten. Against Newman on Thursday, she assisted on the equalizer before netting the game-winner in the 58th minute. She followed that performance with two more goals against Missouri Southern on Sunday, bringing her season total to a team-leading four goals in four matches.

McIntyre (Grand Island, Neb.) opened her collegiate rodeo career in impressive fashion, sweeping the Goat Tying event and claiming the Women's All-Around Title at the Colby Rodeo. She posted identical 7.5-second runs to win both rounds of Goat Tying, and also recorded back-to-back 2.9-second runs in Breakaway Roping, finishing fourth in the average.
