BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – SWOSU Men's Golf closed out their fall season with a 15th-place finish at the Tulsa Cup.
 
No. 14 Central Missouri (-12) claimed the team title, narrowly edging out GAC foe Harding, who finished just two strokes back at (-10). Pittsburg State rounded out the top three as the final team to finish under par (-2).
 
Conrado Diaz Ermacora led the Bulldogs for the second time this season, finishing even par for the 54-hole tournament. After posting consecutive +1 (73) rounds on day one, he turned in his best performance of the week with a -2 (70) in the final round. His closing round included four birdies and an eagle, vaulting him up 24 spots on the leaderboard. Diaz Ermacora was -4 on the par-5s this week, tied for the fifth-best mark in the field.
 
Ben Jackson carded rounds of 73-71-78 to finish +6, with his best round coming in the middle 18. That second round featured four birdies against just three bogeys. Jackson also tallied 36 pars across the tournament—the most of any Bulldog.
 
Ryan Carlisle improved his score each round, rebounding from an opening 79 to post 77-73 over the final 36 holes. He recorded two birdies in each round and just three bogeys on the final day, earning his best score of the week at +1.
 
Maximo Douer opened with an even-par 72 before slipping to 76-84 in the final two rounds. 
Jack Phillips saw his score rise each day as well, going 75-77-81. His tournament featured six birdies, including three during his middle round.
 
The Dawgs will now take the winter break before returning to action in March when they open the spring season in Las Vegas.
