DALLAS, Texas – SWOSU Soccer was shutout against a nationally ranked Dallas Baptist squad on Saturday afternoon.
The Bulldogs managed just one shot in the game. Instead, they were forced to defend a Patriot offensive attack that put pressure on SWOSU's side of the field much of the way. DBU – an NCAA Tournament team from a year ago – put 10 shots on goal, took 22 overall, and scored a goal in both halves.
With the opening week of the season in the books, SWOSU (0-2) will look towards capturing the first win of the season. The next opportunity will come Thursday, September 12 at home against Oklahoma Christian.
