WEATHERFORD – Torri Tottress of SWOSU track and field and Libby Berger of SWOSU rodeo have been named the newest Bulldogs of the Week. The weekly student-athlete recognition is brought to you by Wright Media, the home of SWOSU Athletics for both livestream and radio.

Tottress (Wagoner, Okla.) set a new personal record at the Friends Spring Invite last week. Her 12.35-meter throw in shot put was a new collegiate best for the freshman. The throw was good enough to place her fourth in the event, which was tied for the highest event finish by a SWOSU competitor at the meet. 

Berger (Udall, Kan.) claimed the lone win for SWOSU rodeo at the Garden City Rodeo over the weekend. She competed in barrel racing, where she took home first place. Berger had times of 13.57 (1st) and 13.61 (6th) in the two rounds and those times won her the average for the event.
