Frisby (Denton, Texas) stepped into the SWOSU lineup this week and helped the Bulldogs gain a series sweep over Southern Nazarene. He batted .500 in the doubleheader on Saturday, raising his season batting average to .324 on the year. Frisby also batted in one run a game and stole three bases against the Crimson Storm.
Ford (Moore, Okla.) set a new personal record at the Oklahoma Baptist Invite on Saturday. Her hammer throw attempt of 44.11 meters broke her former best mark in the event. That throw slotted Ford into second place in the hammer throw at the meet.
