WEATHERFORD – Four members of the SWOSU volleyball team earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors, announced Tuesday by the organization.
SWOSU recipients included:
Mott is now a three-time recipient, Holloway and Turner are now two-time winners, and Permenter earns the distinction for the first time in her career.
Academic All-District selections were based on combined academic and athletic performances among other qualifications. One must also hold a 3.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
The 2024 Academic All-District® Volleyball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
