WEATHERFORD – SWOSU Volleyball extended their winning streak to five games with a dominant 3-0 sweep over Arkansas-Monticello on Friday.

Following the first sweep of the GAC season, SWOSU improved to 10-6 overall and 6-1 in league play.

The Bulldogs dominated the match, outperforming Arkansas-Monticello in kills (42-22), attack percentage (.286-.000), and digs (53-37).

Lacy Mott (.500) led the charge with 15 kills on 26 swings, while Paris Patterson added 9 kills and a .250 attack percentage. Samantha Kuzma contributed 6 kills and 2 service aces.

Terez Chavez tallied 24 assists, while Hailey Smith chipped in with 5 kills and 4 total blocks.

UAM couldn't do much against a Dawg defense that finished with nine blocks and surrendered just 22 kills in the match.

Next, the Bulldogs host Cameron on Monday in a non-conference match before hitting the road to face Harding and Arkansas Tech later in the week.
