WEATHERFORD, Okla. – SWOSU Athletics will hold an informal meet and greet on campus for new head men's basketball coach Brett Weiberg on Wednesday, August 9 at 10:00 a.m. in the north lobby of the Pioneer Cellular Event Center.

The event will be open to the community and those in attendance will have the opportunity to meet Coach Weiberg after those scheduled to speak have done so.

Weiberg was named the 16th head coach in program history last week and brings 25 years of coaching experience to Weatherford including 12 as a head coach at the college level. He had most recently moved on to a new challenge as an athletic director and head basketball coach at Madill High School in southern Oklahoma which was his home for the past five years.
