WEATHERFORD, Okla. -- It's softball & rodeo this week on the SWOSU Coaches Show! We'll hear from head coaches Jessica Boone and Mike Visnieski. 

 

Softball began their season last weekend at the Lubbock Christian Tournament where they went 1-3 which included a pair of matchups against nationally top-25 ranked opponents. Boone also picked up the first win of her coaching career on Saturday against Newman. The Bulldogs will take part in another tournament this upcoming weekend in Wichita Falls where they'll play five games in three days. 

Rodeo gets back underway next week at an event hosted by Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. They are coming off a tremendous fall which saw the men secure first place at one rodeo and finish top five in another, while the women took home championships at two rodeos while finishing inside the top five in the other two.
