Macy Gore & Chris Braggs, Jr. Are Newest Bulldogs of the Week

WEATHERFORD, Okla. – The SWOSU Basketball duo of Macy Gore and Chris Braggs, Jr., has been chosen as your newest Bulldogs of the Week.

The award is brought to you by Wright Wradio, the home of the Bulldogs over the airwaves on both 95.5 'The Coyote' and 100.3 'Coyote Classic.'

Gore (Taloga, Okla.) had a steady week and helped the #15 Lady Bulldogs go 1-1, including a big home win over Oklahoma Baptist on Saturday. Against OBU, Gore went for 14 points and seven rebounds, upping her weekly average to 10.5 points per game. She also dished out six assists in each game and added a combined three steals.

Braggs, Jr. (Oklahoma City) also had a steady performance in two games as the Bulldogs suffered a pair of close, conference defeats. He scored eight points on Thursday at SNU before joining the starting lineup for the first time this season on Saturday and matching a season-high with 17 points to go with two rebounds, one assist and one blocked shot.
