ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – The Lady Bulldog Basketball team picked up their fourth consecutive road win – fifth straight overall – as they took down Ouachita 72-63 on Saturday at Bill Vining Arena.
Tyra Aska scored a season-high 27 points to lead SWOSU while
Makyra Tramble finished with a double-double of 13 points and 12 rebounds.
Lauren Ramey also reached double figures in scoring with 12 points and
Bethany Franks chipped in eight points, seven rebounds and three steals.
SWOSU improves to 19-7 on the year with the win, which also moves them into a tie with Southeastern Oklahoma State for second place in the conference standings at 14-6. Next up for the Lady Bulldogs is a showdown with first-place Harding on Thursday night at the Pioneer Cellular Event Center.
