ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – Alimata Rabo's first half hat trick led the Bulldogs to a 4-1 victory over Ouachita on Thursday night in Arkadelphia to remain undefeated in Great American Conference play.
 
The first half started off quickly as Ouachita would take aim at the Bulldogs goal several times within the first five minutes of the match. SWOSU would not flinch as they would turn the tables on the Tigers putting the first points on the board off Rabo's first goal of the game in the 15th minute. Rabo wouldn't waist anytime scoring her second goal three minutes later to increase the Bulldogs lead. In the 23rd minute of the first half Rabo would put her third goal of the game past the goalkeeper off an assist from Sandra Nabweteme to earn her hat trick. Nabweteme would capitalize on a penalty kick in the 26th minute to register her only goal of the match. Ouachita would score late in the half on a goal by Ashlyn Heckman to cut SWOSU's lead to three.
 
The two sides would trade shots back and forth in the second half, but neither side would be able to find the back of the net. The Bulldogs would come away victorious 4-1 to improve to 5-2-1 overall and 3-0 in GAC play.
 
SWOSU will wrap up their Arkansas road trip, on Saturday when they take on Harding at 11 am in Searcy
