WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Recently-hired SWOSU Men's Basketball Coach
Terry Evans has announced the signing of four student-athletes for the 2018-19 season. All four of the players hail from the state of Oklahoma, with three high school prospects and one junior transfer joining the Bulldogs for next season.
All three of the high school players signed by Evans are from Oklahoma City, including Chris Braggs of Putnam City North, Jackson Dyer of Westmoore and Kamden Gipson from Edmond Santa Fe. Rounding out the group is Tre Evans from Edmond, the son of Coach Evans and an NCAA Division I transfer from Fordham.
"All four of these kids we are bringing in are proven winners and they come from winning programs and coaches," Evans said. "We want to create a culture of winning here at SWOSU and being successful means you have kids that are unselfish and know how to work hard. We feel like each of these young men will help us do that."
Evans is still expecting to add to his recruiting class, with future additions to be announced once they sign.
