ADA, Okla. – SWOSU Men's Basketball team fell to East Central 101-74 on Thursday night at the Kerr Activities Center.
 
After a quick 7-0 start from the Tigers, The Bulldogs answered back to take a 21-17 lead early in the first half. The two sides battled for the remainder of the first half but East Central found themselves with a 48-44 lead at the halftime break.
 
The second half showed much of the same as the Bulldogs fought hard and kept it close for much of the half giving the Tigers a run for their money. East Central pulled away midway through the second half leading 79-60 at the under eight media timeout and never looked back.
 
Tre Evans led the Bulldogs on the night, recording his second double-double of the season tallying 27 points and 11 rebounds. Marcus Thomas pitched in 11 points along with four rebounds and four assists while Luke Lewallen added nine points and connected on both of his three-point attempts.
 
Jamar Sandifer tallied eight points while Chris Braggs Jr. and Jefkins Agyeman-Budu both finished with six. Cheikh Fall made his mark on the glass for the Bulldogs pulling down six rebounds on the night.
 
The Bulldogs will be back in action against Southeastern Oklahoma State on Saturday, December 1, at 3:00 pm inside the Pioneer Cellular Event Center.
