Nick Shoemaker providing the only bench points for SWOSU with a total of nine points on 3-for-8 shooting from outside.
"Everything we did right in the first half, we failed to do in the second half," SWOSU Head Coach
Bob Battisti said following the game. "We wanted to limit their points in the paint and value the ball because those are two things you have to do to win a GAC game, and we didn't get it done today."
The Bulldogs have no lost back-to-back conference games, dropping into a four-way tie for second place in the GAC standings at 4-2. One of the teams they are tied with, East Central, is SWOSU's next opponent on Thursday at 5:30 pm inside the Pioneer Cellular Event Center.
