- SWOSU tied for the first time this season against Harding, 2-2, with goals coming from Cori Kelly and Eva Rule
- A meeting with Ouachita on Saturday afternoon yielded a positive 1-0 result against the Tigers as Payton Warren scored the game-winning goal in the dying minutes of the match to drop OBU from the ranks of the undefeated

The Coaches
SWOSU: Mark Persson (62-51-12; 7th season)
- This is Mark Persson's seventh season in charge of the SWOSU soccer program

becoming the all-time winningest coach in program history. He also led the Bulldogs to back-to-back Great American Conference Championships in 2012 and 2013
- A two time All-Conference Coach of the Year, Persson holds a 29-21-6 record in GAC play
- He has coached one All-American, 10 All-Region players, and numerous All-Conference players during his time in Weatherford

Southern Nazarene: Julie Duncan (57-61-5; 7th season)
- Julie Duncan became SNU's fifth head coach, assuming the position after Persson left for SWOSU in 2009

- She helped develop Jackie Acevedo, a member of the Mexican Women's National Team and Portland Thorns FC of the National Women's Soccer League
- Duncan is 4-5-0 against Persson, winning both meetings last season
