Setting the Scene- The Bulldogs are still searching for their first win of the season as they travel to Shawnee, Okla. to face Oklahoma Baptist.
- This is the first meeting between the two sides.
- SWOSU is currently 0-1 on the road after traveling to Edmond, Okla. last week.
- The Bulldogs will look to end a four game winless streak and a two game losing streak.
Last Time Out- SWOSU travelled to Edmond, Okla. to take on Central Oklahoma. It was their first road game of the season.
- The defense held firm through the first half, despite facing 11 shots from the Bronchos. Flores made four saves during the half to keep the Bulldogs in the match. SWOSU had three shots of their own, forcing UCO keeper Brandi Bartley into two saves.
- As the whistle blew for the end of the first half, the teams found themselves tied at 0-0.
- UCO took control of the game almost immediately after the start of the second half. Quinn Tookey broke the deadlock when a corner was sent in and she found a rebounded shot fall to her feet. She didn't hesitate, and placed the shot into the top right corner of the goal.
- Within 30 seconds of the restart, Ashley McDaniel took a deflected shot that sailed over the head of Flores and into the net, doubling the lead for the Bronchos.
- Another 15 minutes passed before a foul in the area led to a penalty kick. Lexi Carroll converted from the spot to take the lead to 3-0.
- The Bulldogs battled back, with
Cori Kelly sending
Shelley Mueller through on a pass that split the right back and center back. Mueller scored her first career goal for SWOSU when she placed a shot low from 20 yards out to beat Bartley and cut the deficit to 3-1. This was the final goal of the game, though Kelly was unlucky not to notch one herself in the 89th minute.
- Following the road loss, the Bulldogs returned home to face the Midwestern State Mustangs.
- The first half opened brightly for the Bulldogs, and they tested MSU keeper Courtney Burnette within the first minute of the game. SWOSU went on to enjoy a 3-2 shot advantage through the first 15 minutes, but were unable to find the opening goal. The whistle blew for half time with the score tied at 0-0.
- Inside five minutes of the restart, the Mustangs sent in a corner kick which Destinee Williams collected and passed to MSU leading scorer Nicole Coetzer. Coetzer took the shot from the top of the box and into the net.
- The Bulldogs applied pressure searching for the tying goal, but MSU scored off another corner thanks to Alexandria Edwards when a deflected shot fell to her feet. The final goal was scored by Williamson on a through ball by Katy Catney in the last minute of the game.

Olivia Butler and Mueller lead the team in points with two a piece. Tied for third with one point each are freshman

- Flores has 26 saves in four games. Her 6.5 saves/game average puts her on pace to finish ahead of Keli Bass on the single season saves record in 6th. She would also finish the season in 3rd ahead of Chelsey Dodd in career saves.
- Kelly currently leads the team with eight shots and seven on goal, good for a a .875 shots on goal percentage.
The Coach- Mike White enters his sixth season at the helm of the Lady Bison. He owns a 46-39-7 record during his time at Oklahoma Baptist. He is 24-15-3 at home.
- His team has finished twice as runners up in regular season conference play, and once during the conference tournament in the Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC).
- Under White's direction, the Lady Bison have had eight All-Conference selections and one All-American. He has also coached 10 NAIA scholar athletes.
The Opponent- The Lady Bison are currently on a two game skid after facing Embry-Riddle and East Central the last two weeks. They lost 8-0 and 1-0 respectively. Their current record is 2-3.Â
- Their most recent match was against ECU. The match remained tied at 0-0 until the 64th minute when the Tigers' Katie Herrin sent in a goal off the post.
- OBU currently competes in the SAC, but were approved on July 11, 2014 for provisional membership in NCAA Division 2 and the Great American Conference. This will be their last season competing in the NAIA.
- This will be the first meeting between the two sides. SWOSU is the second NCAA opponent OBU will face this season. It also marks the end of a four game road-trip for the Bison.
- Joint leading goal scorers Marta Venegas and Mikayla Lowery  both recorded hat tricks in a 9-0 victory over Jarvis Christian to open the season. However, they are both only averaging  0.6 goals per game, having been held goalless in their last four games.
- Starting keeper Emma Beck has played 405 of a possible 450 minutes on the season. During that time, she has allowed 12 goals, while making 37 saves, currently averaging 8.22 saves/game. She holds a 2-2 record for the Lady Bison on the season. Beck recorded a season-high 13 saves in the 0-1 loss to ECU.
- Of the 12 goals conceded by OBU, five have been allowed in the first half and seven have come in the second. They are currently conceding goals at a 2.66 goals/game rate.
- The Lady Bison have scored 11 goals this season, with five in the first half and six in the second. They have taken 78 total shots, with 32 on frame, good for a shooting percentage of .344 for the season.
