Setting the Scene
- The Bulldogs return home for their final two home conference matches of the season
- SWOSU first takes on Harding (4-10, 4-2 GAC) on Thursday at 3 PM
- Ouachita Baptist (4-8-1, 3-2 GAC) visits on Saturday at 1 PM

Last Time Out
- The Bulldogs hit the road for two conference games versus Southern Nazarene and East Central
- SWOSU fell to the Crimson Storm 2-3
- The Bulldogs then lost a heartbreaker in overtime to East Central 1-2
- Maya Hay scored her first collegiate goal to open the scoring during the SNU match
- Olivia Butler earned her fourth assist of the season on Hay's goal, moving her within one of tying for sixth in assists in a season and ninth in a career
- Charlotte Eastman scored her team-leading fourth goal of the season from a free kick for SWOSU's second goal against SNU
- Cori Kelly's scored the lone goal against ECU, her third of the season and 12th of her career. She now moves into a tie for 5th for most goals scored in a career with Natalie Crosslin, Courtney Hailey and Jacquelyn Morgan
- With her start against East Central, Courtney Flores moved into a time atop the leaderboards with Corey LaMoureaux for career games started by a keeper with 28

The Coaches
Mark Persson
- This is Persson's 6th season in charge of the SWOSU soccer program
- Since taking over the program in 2009, Persson has amassed a 55-46-10 record, 
becoming the all-time winningest coach in program history
- A two time All-Conference Coach of the Year, Persson holds an impressive 29-
19-5 record in Great American Conference play
- He has coached six National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Region players, and numerous All-Conference players

Dr. Greg Harris
- Dr. Harris enters his 14th season as head coach of the Lady Bison
- During his tenure as head coach, Dr. Harris has amassed a 98-124-17 record, with a 46-53-7 mark in conference play
- He has qualified for the postseason eight times, including a NCAA Divison II tournament appearnce in 2004
- He holds a 2-7 record against Persson

Kevin Wright
- Wright enters his third season as head coach of the Lady Tigers
- Since taking over the program in 2012, Wright has earned a 22-21-3 record, going 9-9-1 in the GAC
- In his first season, he led OBU to the GAC Championship where they lost to SWOSU 2-1
- He is 0-4-1 all time against Persson.

The Opponents
Harding
-  The Lady Bison are 4-10 on the season, but hold a 4-2 record in conference play
- Since facing SWOSU on Oct. 3, Harding has gone 2-2
- Audrey Adkison has 20 points for the season, the third best mark in the Great American Conference
- Keeper Kaitlyn Miller and the defense have combined for one clean sheet this season

Ouachita Baptist
- The Lady Tigers are now 4-8-1, with a 3-2 conference record
- After losing to the Bulldogs 3-2 on Oct. 5, OBU has won both their matches while outscoring their opponents 8-5
- Haley Hatcher leads the attack for OBU, scoring 14 goals and assisting on three more to lead the GAC in points with 31 for the season
- The Lady Tigers have featured five different keepers, combining for 109 saves and .722 save percentage. They have allowed 42 goals for a .318 goals-against percentage. Emily Keith has seen the most action, starting in six games and facing 105 shots 

Checking the Standings
- After dropping both games last week, the Bulldogs fell to 2-4-1 in conference play
- SWOSU currently has seven points, two behind fourth place Ouachita Baptist
- Southern Nazarene moved into first place after wins against SWOSU and Northwestern Oklahoma State last week
- Harding is in second place with 12 points
- The top four teams based on conference records will advance to the GAC tournament

Bulldog Facts
- Kelly has 79 career shots, with four more she moves into a tie with Ashley McMahon for tenth in program history
- Kelly's 42 shots-on-goal moves her ahead of Paige Doherty into eighth place for shots-on-goal in program history, one shy of Jamie Hilterbran's seventh best mark
- With 130 saves over one and a half seasons, Flores moves into seventh in career saves. Her 79 saves this season put her tenth on the individual season list, three behind Trista Herman in ninth place
- Eastman is just four points shy of Jacquelyn Morgan in tenth place for career points. She also needs one more goal to match the tenth best career record shared by Jessica Carbonara and Korey Hearn
- As a team, SWOSU is putting 5.2 percent more shots on frame compared to their opponents, but is converting 36 percent less shots into goals

Looking Ahead
- The Bulldogs wrap up conference play next week on Thursday, Oct. 30 when they travel to Alva, Okla., to face rival NWOSU at 3 PM 
- SWOSU tied the Rangers 0-0 at home the last time the two sides met
- Angelo State visits on Sunday, Nov. 2 for Senior Day
- The two teams last met in 2010, with the Rambelles winning 2-1
