Peyton McNutt

    Assistant Coordinator for Gameday Operations
Peyton McNutt joined the SWOSU Athletic Department as a Gameday Operations Graduate Assistant in the fall of 2024 following four years as a Bulldog student-athlete from 2020-23. He enters his second year in the position in 2025-26.  

McNutt will perform PA duties at various sports and contribute towards all aspects of gameday prep work including logistics, planning, atmosphere, and occasional sports information needs. He will also run the newly installed videoboard during football games.   

While a member of the football team at SWOSU, McNutt also spent time as a student worker for the Athletic Department. He aided at basketball games for three seasons, helping man the scoreboard, shot clock, and spot during both men's and women's games. Outside of athletics, McNutt also served as president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and was also a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). 

McNutt, originally from Plainview High School in Texas, graduated from SWOSU with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in the spring of 2024 with Magna Cum Lauda recognition and will pursue a master’s degree in Sports Management while performing his GA duties through 2026.
