2014 (Freshman): Appeared in five games as a true freshman, making four consecutive starts in the middle of the season…Finished the year as the Bulldogs second-leading passer with 593 yards and two touchdowns through the air…Completed 60-of-126 passes (47.6%) and averaged 118.6 yards passing per game…Had his best game at Ouachita Baptist (Oct. 4), going 23-for-38 for 258 yards and two touchdowns…Earned first SWOSU letter.
 
Wellington HS: Three-time all-state selection at quarterback while also earning an all-state nod as a defensive back as a senior...Led Wellington HS to a perfect 14-0 record and Class A State Championship in 2013...Also helped the Skyrockets to two state semifinal appearances and had a record of 40-2 as the starting quarterback...Threw for over 2,300 yards and 35 touchdowns as a senior, completing over 71% of his passing attempts...In his career, passed for more than 7,600 yards...Two-time district MVP and named to the Amarillo Globe-News Super Team...Multi-sport star who has also earned all-district honors in basketball and is a three-time regional qualifier in golf...Played for coach Wade Williams at Wellington HS.
