2017 (Redshirt Junior): Played in the last five games of his junior season, making his first career start in the season finale at Northwestern Oklahoma State (Nov. 11)…Ranked second on the team with 290 yards rushing and one touchdown on 51 carries…Also hauled in five receptions for 53 yards and one touchdown, the game-winning score in SWOSU’s Homecoming victory over Southern Nazarene (Nov. 4)…Rushed for 106 yards on 11 carries at Harding (Oct. 21) and added 97 yards on a career-best 19 carries against SNU…Earned second SWOSU letter.
 
2016 (Redshirt): Redshirted during the 2016 season.
 
2015 (Sophomore): Appeared in four games during his sophomore season…Ranked fourth on the team with 12 carries for 155 yards and three touchdowns…Tied a single-game school record with three rushing touchdowns against Southern Nazarene (Oct. 17)…Rushed for 144 yards on eight carries against SNU…Earned second SWOSU letter.
 
2014 (Freshman): Saw action in five games as a true freshman…Carried the ball once against Ouachita Baptist (Oct. 4) while also playing special teams for the Bulldogs…Earned first SWOSU letter.
 
Proctor Academy: Two-time all-district selection at Pearce HS before playing one year at Proctor Academy in Andover, N.H...Honorable mention all-state selection and sophomore of the year in 2011...Rushed for more than 2,500 career yards in high school...Family members include SWOSU Hall of Famer Charles Hicks, former SWOSU All-American James Hicks and Skip Hicks, former running back at UCLA and for the Washington Redskins...Coached by Ben Rulli at Proctor Academy.

Personal: Son of Fred Petty and Tonja Hicks...Majoring in Kinesiology.
