Ahmed Shakoor joined the SWOSU Football coaching staff in the summer of 2021 and he will work with the Bulldogs' secondary during his first season.
Shakoor comes to Weatherford following a two-year stint at Alderson Broaddus, where he coached Special Teams, Wide Receivers and Tight Ends for the Battler's sprint football program. He also previously coached at the College of Wooster (Ohio) as Wide Receivers and Tight Ends Coach and at a pair of high schools in Georgia. Shakoor played collegiately at Marshall.
A native of Stone Mountain, Ga., Shakoor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Marshall and he is now pursuing a Master's Degree in Sports Management from SWOSU.Â
