Adam Carr joined the program as SWOSU’s Quarterbacks Coach in the spring of 2025.
Carr comes to Weatherford from Division I Marshall University where he spent a season as the Assistant Quarterbacks Coach. Prior to that, Carr made Division I collegiate stops at Northwestern State (2023) and Texas State (2022) where he helped coach tight ends.
He began his coaching career in 2021 at Austin High School, working with quarterbacks.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Carr graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas State back in 2022 during his time as a student assistant.
