Daniel Richardson joins the SWOSU Baseball coaching staff in 2019 following a two-year playing career for the Bulldogs. He will work with SWOSU’s infield and hitters this season.
Richardson started 90-of-92 games for SWOSU at third base during the 2017-18 seasons, helping the Bulldogs to a pair of conference tournament appearances and the program’s first victory at the GAC Tournament. As a senior, he led the Bulldogs with 10 home runs and ranked second on the team with nine doubles and 43 runs batted in.
Prior to coming to SWOSU, Richardson played for two years at Odessa College, where he earned honorable mention all-conference honors both seasons.
A native of Cleburne, Texas, Richardson is completing work on his Exercise Science degree from SWOSU.
