2017 (Medical Redshirt): Appeared in three games before suffering a season-ending injury at Southern Arkansas…Finished the year 8-of-13 passing for 104 yards and one touchdown with 17 carries for 27 yards on the ground…Had his best game at Southern Arkansas (Sept. 16), completing 6-of-11 attempts for 95 yards and a touchdown…Took a medical redshirt for the 2017 season.
 
Previous: Spent the last two seasons at FCS institution Northwestern State…Appeared in 15 games for the Demons, making two starts in 2015…As a junior in 2016, he was 10-of-22 passing for 134 yards and one touchdown while rushing 97 yards on 17 carries…Had season totals of 264 yards and one touchdown on 19-of-29 passing in 2015 and also rushed for 231 yards and one touchdown on 51 carries…Played at Butler Community College as a freshman in 2014, appearing in ten games and throwing for 604 yards and five touchdowns…Graduated from Deer Creek HS in Edmond in 2013…Led the Antlers to a district championship and a 10-2 record as a senior…Threw 32 touchdowns to three interceptions with a 70% completion rate and compiled 2,456 passing yards, 800 rushing yards and nine rushing touchdowns his senior season…Lettered four years in football while also earning three letters in basketball and one in track…Was a member of the 4x100 meter state championship relay team.
