FRISCO, Texas – The SWOSU women's golf team earned a second consecutive top-20 national academic finish, placing 19th in NCAA Division II team grade-point average as recognized by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA).
 
The Lady Bulldogs posted a 3.707 team GPA during the 2025-26 academic year, improving from last season's 3.683 while earning a spot in the WGCA's Division II Top 25 Team GPA rankings for the second consecutive year. SWOSU remained the lone Great American Conference program represented in the Division II Top 25.
 
Nerea Anton, Maria Velilla, and London Wilson had previously been named 2025-26 WGCA All-American Scholars. The award recognizes student-athletes who have demonstrated excellence in the classroom while competing at the collegiate level.
