WEATHERFORD – Reagan McIntyre (women's rodeo) and John Spoto (baseball) have been named the Bulldogs of the Week, presented by Wright Media — the official partner for SWOSU athletic livestreams and radio broadcasts.
McIntyre (Grand Island, Neb.) swept the Goat Tying at Fort Hays State over the weekend, earning her third average title of the season. She posted times of 7.5 and 7.7 seconds to take first place in both the long and short rounds.
Spoto (Joliet, Ill.) went 6-for-12 across three games against Henderson State. He recorded three hits, including a double, in the series opener, followed with two hits and a triple in game two, and added another hit in the finale. His six hits mark his highest total in a GAC series this season.
