WEATHERFORD – Chesnie Hewitt and Greg Ross have been named the latest Bulldogs of the Week, brought to you by Wright Media – the home for SWOSU athletic livestream events and radio broadcasts.

Hewitt (Delaware, Okla.) was the hero against Cameron on Saturday when she delivered a walk-off triple, helping SWOSU Softball finish 3-1 at the Mustang Round-Up in Wichita Falls, Texas. She went 5-for-15 at the plate on the weekend with two triples and a double and had a hit in all four games of the tournament.

Ross (Ontario, Canada) earned two saves in SWOSU Baseball's four-game sweep of Adams State. In both of his appearances, he entered prior to the final inning -- picking up a save in both. He pitched 4.1 innings without allowing a run and did not surrender an extra-base hit.
