WEATHERFORD – Denali Alexander and Layni Zinn have been named the latest Bulldogs of the Week, brought to you by Wright Media – the home for SWOSU athletic livestream events and radio broadcasts.
Alexander (Tulsa, Okla.) scored season highs in back-to-back games last week, capped off by a 16-point performance against Arkansas-Monticello. He shot 46% from the field and shot 20 free throws on the week.
Zinn (Anadarko, Okla.) also scored a season high against UAM, with 16 points on 5-of-12 shooting and a perfect 5-for-5 at the foul line. It was her tenth time reaching double figures this year. She had eight points against Southern Arkansas two days prior.
