The Lady Dawgs (7-7, 3-5 GAC) return to the comfort of the PEC for their next two matchups, starting with Southern Arkansas on Thursday evening before welcoming Arkansas-Monticello on Saturday to close out the short two-game home stand.

Southern Arkansas (8-6, 3-5 GAC) enters this game with an identical conference record as the Lady Bulldogs. The Muleriders will rely on Addy Tremie and her team-high 12.6 points per game; she is one of three Muleriders who average 10+ points per game (Crystal Ortiz, 11.4 ppg; Tequaza Chambers, 11.3 ppg). Marlee Bright dishes out 6.2 assists per game, leading the GAC and ranking fifth in the nation; she also leads the league in steals (3.6), with teammate Qua Chambers (2.4) ranking second.

SWOSU has dominated Southern Arkansas, winning the series 20-4 dating back to January 2012. This includes a 12-0 record in home games and a 66-58 win in the last matchup in Weatherford.

SWOSU is coming off a two-game stretch that saw a high offense output for six quarters, followed by a two-quarter struggle that plagued them in the final game of the away trip. SWOSU's 89 points in the game against Henderson State were the highest output in any game this year. The Lady Dawgs still rank first in GAC Turnover Margin with +7.57, which is 13th in the nation.

Averi Zinn leads the team in points (12.1), assists (3.3, sixth in GAC), and steals (2.1, fourth in GAC). Layni Zinn, the Lady Dawgs' third-leading scorer, has the highest three-point percentage on the team (44.2%, seventh in GAC).

Mason Jones had a season high 20 against HSU last week but was 2-of-14 from the field against Ouachita. She's looking to get back hot shooting the basketball, now with two or fewer made field goals in four of the last five games.

Chloe Cantrell also had a season high scoring number against HSU when she scored 14 points on 4-of-5 field goals and 4-for-4 at the foul line. Her 11 combined rebounds last week were the most she's grabbed in a two-game span this season.

Hailey Grant scored in double figures in six straight games at one point this year and in eight of nine during the months of November and early December but has not eclipsed that mark in four games dating back to December 19 when she had 16 against Oklahoma Baptist.

SWOSU as a team ranks last in the GAC in every rebounding category.

Arkansas-Monticello (8-6, 3-5 GAC) will face Northwestern Oklahoma State on Thursday evening before coming to Weatherford to close out the week. They are led by senior Bailey Harris, who averages 14.4 points per game; in her 14 games this year, she has scored 10+ points in 12 games and 20+ points twice. The Blossoms rank 11th in three-point percentage in the GAC and fourth in rebound margin.

SWOSU holds a significant series lead heading into Saturday's game, leading 20-5 since January 2012, including a 59-53 win in the last meeting. The Lady Bulldogs boast an 11-1 record inside the PEC.
